Provide your patients comprehensive information regarding any fee changes when claims are returned.
Applying insurance payments and adjustments to client files.
Resubmit and edit denied or rejected claims.
Manage client insurance information in client file. - to ensure proper billing, and updating insurance and fee changes.
Accounts receivable (A/R) follow-up with insurance payers
Answer patients’ billing questions
Collect Copays/coin-insurance, and deductibles.
Send super bills as needed.
